Delivery
Products in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. In any case, delivery takes no longer than 30 days from the order date. Your tracking number is sent by e-mail; you can also follow your order on the Order Tracking page.
Shipping fee
The shipping fee is 119,00 ₺ (VAT included) and is shown separately in the order summary. Orders of 2.000,00 ₺ and above ship free.
Damaged delivery
If the shipping package is damaged, have the courier prepare a damage report before accepting the package. Damaged products reported to us with the report are replaced free of charge.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You can return the product without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
- Send your return request with your order number to info@duranka.com.
- We will send you the return address and contracted carrier details. For returns made with the contracted carrier, the shipping cost is borne by us.
- Ship the product within 10 days with its invoice and all accessories, in its original packaging if possible.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for custom-made products, products whose protective packaging has been opened and whose return is not hygienic, software licences and platform subscriptions, or installation services started with your approval. The right of withdrawal applies to consumer purchases; for purchases with a corporate invoice, return conditions are set separately in the quotation or contract.
Refunds
Within 14 days at the latest after your return notice reaches us, the product price and delivery cost are refunded to the payment method you used. For card payments, the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on your bank; for bank transfer payments, the refund is made to the IBAN you provide.
Warranty
Our products are guaranteed for at least 2 years from the date of delivery under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. If a longer warranty period is stated on the product page (e.g. 10 years for the solar panel drain clip), that period applies.
Failures caused by use contrary to the user manual, unauthorised intervention, incorrect installation, overvoltage, contact with liquids or natural disasters are not covered by the warranty. For defective products you may use your optional rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 (withdrawal from the contract, price reduction, free repair or replacement).
