General system features

Instant notification

When a leak or smoke is detected, you are reached by SMS, app notification and voice call.

Automatic response

The gas shut-off valve closes, the ventilation fan runs and the siren sounds.

Escalating alarms

A warning at low level and an alarm at high level; a two-stage threshold that avoids unnecessary panic.

Sequential calling

If the first person does not answer, the other people in charge are called in turn.

Outage-resistant

Keeps working with a backup battery and cellular connection during power and internet outages.

Test and maintenance log

Detector tests, calibration dates and alarm history are kept on record.

Installation process

Go live in 4 steps

1

Risk analysis

Areas where gas is used and which carry fire risk are identified.

2

Detector placement

Detectors are mounted at the right height for the type of gas.

3

Integration

The gas shut-off valve, fan and siren are connected.

4

Testing

All alarm scenarios are tested and the people in charge are defined.

Frequently asked questions

Does it replace my existing fire alarm system?

No; it does not replace the fire detection system required by regulations, it complements it. By adding remote notification and automatic response, it increases safety especially when nobody is present.

Where should the detectors be installed?

Natural gas is lighter than air, so detectors go near the ceiling; LPG is heavier, so they go near the floor. We determine the placement according to the area and gas type during the survey.

Is the gas shut-off valve suitable for my installation?

The valve is selected according to pipe diameter and gas type; it must be installed by an authorised installer in line with the rules of the gas distribution company.

What happens if the power goes out?

The alarm unit keeps working on its backup battery and continues to send notifications over the cellular connection.
