Monitor your charging points 24/7 against fire risk
Continuously monitors the temperature of vehicles, cables and chargers with thermal cameras at EV charging stations and service areas. On overheating it provides relay outputs to cut charging and activate ventilation and audible alarms, and it also reports energy consumption.

General system features
Early heating warning
Temperature rises in the vehicle battery, cable and socket areas are noticed before they turn into a fire.
Automatic response
When the threshold is exceeded, charging is cut via relay and ventilation and audible alarms are activated.
Zone definition
A separate measuring zone and temperature limit for every charging point and parking space.
Energy report
Consumption per charge and daily and monthly energy reports; data for billing.
Event recording
The thermal and normal image at the moment of the alarm is recorded and kept for review.
Regulation-compliant installation
Thermal monitoring installation in line with TSE 646K requirements for EV service centres.
Go live in 4 steps
Survey
Charging points, parking layout and ventilation are reviewed.
Camera layout

Frequently asked questions
Why isn’t a normal smoke detector enough?
A smoke detector warns after a fire has started. A thermal camera sees heating in the battery and cable minutes, sometimes hours, earlier and gives you a chance to intervene.
What is TSE 646K?
It is the Turkish service competence standard for electric vehicle service centres and includes fire safety requirements for service areas. We plan the installation with these requirements in mind; we recommend confirming the certification process with the relevant body.
Can it cut the charger automatically?
Yes. The relay output of the thermal analysis unit can be connected to the charger’s emergency stop or contactor circuit.
How many charging points can one camera monitor?
Depending on the camera’s field of view and mounting height, one camera can monitor several parking spaces; we finalise this with a layout plan during the survey.
