Temperature Monitoring System with Thermal Camera

Monitor temperature not from one point but from 768 points

With contactless infrared measurement it visualises heat distribution in electrical panels, battery banks and machines, and catches overheating before it turns into a failure or fire.

Your field of view becomes 768 separate thermometers

The camera divides its field of view into 32 × 24 zones and measures the temperature of each zone separately. Choose a scenario in the simulator, heat up the hot spot with the slider and see how the alarm is triggered.

The architectural difference

Not a single sensor but a temperature map

Conventional

Conventional temperature sensor

1 sensor → 1 temperature value
  • Blind spots: Measures only the point it touches; cannot see heating right next to it.
  • Heavy cabling: Every point needs its own sensor, cable and labour.
  • Late response: By the time heat reaches the sensor, the failure may already have started.
VS
Next generation

Duranka thermal camera

1 camera → 768 temperature values
  • No blind spots: Scans the whole surface in its field of view at the same time.
  • Contactless and safe: Measures without touching live equipment.
  • Early warning: Catches local heating before it turns into a failure or fire.

Catch the problem step by step, before it grows

Each level notifies different people through different channels. You set the thresholds yourself.

32 °CNormal

Equipment under nominal load.

36 °CSlight increase

Local current increase begins.

40 °CLoosening

Friction and contact resistance increase.

45 °CPre-alarm

The maintenance team is notified.

50 °CCritical

SMS, voice call and relay are triggered.

Frequently asked questions

How is a thermal camera different from a conventional sensor?

A conventional sensor measures a single point. A thermal camera divides its field of view into 768 separate points and monitors the temperature distribution of the whole surface at the same time.

Can the camera be mounted inside a panel?

Yes. Thanks to its compact housing it can be mounted inside the panel, on the ceiling or opposite the equipment.

How does the hot spot alarm work?

If any of the 768 points exceeds the threshold you define, the system raises an alarm; you can also define different thresholds per zone.

How many cameras can be connected to one system?

The platform supports multiple sites and multiple cameras; you can monitor all cameras from one screen.

How long is historical data kept?

The retention period depends on the package; historical heat maps and trend charts can be reported.
