2. Buyer information
The name / company name, delivery address, telephone and e-mail details entered by the buyer during the order are added to this form.
3. Products, price and payment
The main characteristics of the products are given on the product pages. The names, quantities, sale prices including taxes, shipping fee and payment method of the products are as follows:
The product name, quantity, price including VAT, shipping fee, total amount and payment method are shown in the order summary and added to this text when the order is placed.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure or by bank transfer to the seller’s bank account. For instalment payments, interest and instalment terms are subject to the conditions of the bank that issued your card. Orders placed by bank transfer are processed when the payment reaches the seller’s account.
4. Delivery
The shipping fee is 119,00 ₺ (VAT included) and is shown separately in the order summary. Orders of 2.000,00 ₺ and above ship free. Products are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and in any case are shipped to the delivery address provided by the buyer within 30 days of the order date at the latest. The tracking number is sent by e-mail.
5. Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal to the seller within this period in writing or on a durable medium (e.g. an e-mail to info@duranka.com). The buyer returns the product to the seller within 10 days of the notice of withdrawal. For returns made with the contracted carrier specified by the seller, the shipping cost is borne by the seller. The seller refunds the product price and delivery costs using the payment method used by the buyer within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.
6. Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
- Products prepared, produced or modified specifically according to the buyer’s requests or personal needs,
- Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons,
- Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature,
- Services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the buyer (such as software licences and platform subscriptions),
- Services that have started with the buyer’s approval before the end of the withdrawal period (such as installation and commissioning).
The right of withdrawal under Law No. 6502 applies only to purchases made as a consumer; it does not apply to purchases made for commercial or professional purposes (with a corporate invoice).
7. Warranty and defective goods
Products are guaranteed for at least 2 years from the date of delivery. For defective products the buyer may use the optional rights in Article 11 of Law No. 6502 (withdrawal from the contract, price reduction, free repair or replacement with a non-defective equivalent). 8. Complaints and objections
You can send your complaints to info@duranka.com or call 0536 622 24 12. In disputes, applications can be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the buyer’s place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to Consumer Courts for disputes above these limits.
