Generator and UPS Remote Monitoring System

When the power goes out, is your backup ready?

Remotely monitors generator fuel level, battery voltage, operating hours and fault status, and the battery and load status of UPS systems. Instantly reports grid outages, whether the generator has started and fuel theft.

General system features

Outage notifications

Instant SMS and notifications when the grid goes down and when the generator starts or fails to start.

Fuel tracking

The tank level is monitored continuously, with alarms for sudden drops (theft, leaks) and critical levels.

Battery health

Starter and UPS batteries are monitored; a weakening battery is noticed before an outage.

Maintenance plan

Oil, filter and periodic maintenance reminders based on operating hours.

Remote control

Test runs and stops can be done remotely; a weekly automatic test can be scheduled.

Outage report

The number and duration of outages and generator run times are reported.

Installation process

Go live in 4 steps

1

Inventory

Generators, UPS units and control panels are reviewed.

2

Connection

The monitoring device is connected to the control panel and sensors.

3

Alarms

Outage, fuel and battery thresholds are defined.

4

Monitoring

All sites are monitored 24/7 from one panel.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with every generator brand?

All data is read from generators whose control panel provides data via Modbus; on older panels basic monitoring is done with voltage, contacts and sensors. We check your panel during the survey.

How do you detect fuel theft?

If the tank level drops suddenly while the generator is not running, the system treats it as unusual and raises an alarm.

Can I monitor my UPS units too?

For UPS units with SNMP or Modbus support, battery, load and remaining runtime are shown on the same panel.

Is remote start safe?

Remote commands can only be given by authorised users and every command is logged. The feature can be kept disabled if you wish.

Check your backup power now, not during an outage

Let’s plan a solution that monitors your generators and UPS systems on one panel and reports fuel and battery problems in advance.
