Pumping Station and Water Tank Remote Monitoring System

Manage your tanks and pumps without going to site

Remotely monitors water tank levels, pump status, pressure and flow. Runs pumps automatically according to level and sends notifications on faults and overflow risk. Brings pumping stations for drinking water, irrigation and industrial facilities together on one panel.

General system features

Automatic operation

The pump starts when the tank level drops and stops when it is full; overflow and dry running are prevented.

Pump health

Current, operating hours and number of starts are monitored; a pump about to fail is noticed in advance.

Fault and overflow alarms

Instant notification of pump faults, pressure drops, power outages and critical levels.

Multiple sites

All tanks and pumping stations on a map; see at a glance which site has a problem.

Water and energy report

Water pumped and energy used; energy cost per m³ is calculated.

Duty rotation

Multiple pumps are brought into service in turn for even wear.

Installation process

Go live in 4 steps

1

Site survey

Tank, pump and panel layout are reviewed.

2

Sensors

Level, pressure and flow sensors are installed.

3

Panel integration

The control unit is connected to the pump panel.

4

Automation

Operating scenarios and alarm thresholds are set.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work on a site without electricity?

Yes. A field station powered by a solar panel and battery sends data over a cellular connection.

Can it connect to my existing pump panel?

The control unit connects to the contactor and relay circuits in the existing panel; replacing the panel is usually not necessary.

Which level sensor do you use?

Ultrasonic or radar is preferred in closed tanks and hydrostatic (submersible) sensors in wells. We choose according to the tank structure during the survey.

Is starting pumps remotely safe?

Dry-run and overflow protection run locally in the control unit; even if the connection drops, the pump stops safely.
