Secure connection
All pages on www.duranka.com are served over a secure (https) connection encrypted with an SSL certificate. The information you enter in forms is sent to our server encrypted.
Card security
Credit and debit card payments are made through the infrastructure of PayTR, a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, with your bank’s 3D Secure verification. Information such as the card number, expiry date and security code is not entered on our site and is not processed or stored on our servers.
Account security
Your password is stored in irreversibly encrypted form; nobody, including our employees, can see it. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone and sign out on shared devices when you are done. If you forget your password, you can reset it with the “Forgot password” link.
Use of your information
The information you share is only used to fulfil your order and request, to comply with legal obligations and, if you have given consent, to keep you informed; it is never sold or rented. Details are on our Privacy Notice (KVKK) page.
Against fake e-mails and calls
Our company never asks for card details, passwords or verification codes by e-mail, telephone or message. If you receive such a request, please do not reply and let us know at info@duranka.com.
