Do I need a separate device for ambient temperature and humidity?

No. Our data loggers come with a built-in temperature-humidity sensor; in-cabinet measurement with an external probe can be done from the same device.

Is data lost if the internet goes down?

No. The device keeps saving measurements to memory and transfers them to the platform automatically when the connection returns.

Who receives the alarm and how?

The people you define receive it by SMS, e-mail, mobile notification and voice call. If the first person does not respond, it goes to the next one.

Can a calibration certificate be provided?

Certified calibration is offered as an option; calibration dates are tracked in the system.

Is there an annual usage fee?

We offer different packages for platform usage and services such as SMS, and prepare a quotation according to your needs.
